How somebody can reach the compactor and put the trash bags now. This condition persists for days and then these garbage bags are just left out simply letting others to follow

This apartment community sucks!! If you like camel crickets and noisy neighbors, this place is for you!!! The people upstairs from me are so loud, I have to call the police on a daily basis. The bug infestation is horrible and the landlord does nothing about it!! PLEASE I URGE YOU, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY!! It was the biggest mistake of my life and I cannot wait until my lease is up to move out!!!
