I have lived here for almost 3 months now and I'll tell you my experience. Apartments parking, terrible. There was a survey that went around for unassigned parking, and they chose to keep it assigned, which stinks since it's only for one car, and there is almost never another parking spot for our other vehicle. There are always like 5-6 empty ones around us all the time, i don't understand why we can't park there. Parking is terrible for us having a kid and hauling things to apt. later in the evening. I'm sweating by time I even get to my door and then several trips, impossible. The garbage situation really is pretty bad, the dumpster is so high you have to launch your garbage so it can actually get in the dumpster. Plus, they charge like 13-15 a month for garbage, too high for what is provided in my opinion. Apartments, paint and drywall terrible, very cheaply done. The kitchens are nice, although no pantry or linen closets or anything, which is dumb in my opinion. When apartments are constructed they should have common sense to add those extra things that make a huge difference. We have had a few maintenance issues, but those were handled quick and haven't had any problems or complains in that department. Our apartment entrance carpet was gross when we moved in, but since then has been replaced, very nice. Tennis courts are great, Gym is nice (although the bathroom lights never work), pool was decent (kinda dirty), some strange people around sometimes, not the best lighting at night which makes it kinda scary. The staff has been pretty friendly and nice, so no complains about that. Hope this helps.

I've been a resident here for for more than three years. Parking is the biggest issue but look at your lease- each apartment is assigned one parking space so if you have more than one vehicle for that address, than you are breaking your lease. That is the problem with the parking. I live alone and can hardly ever have guests over because there are so many residents parking in the guests spaces. I have to take off from work one or two hours early to cruise the property looking for a guest space to park my vehicle in so that my guests can park in my space and not be clear across the other end of the property.
1 car per apartment is how it's always been- that's why there is only one car sticker given with the leases.
