I won't say the apartments are bad. They are spacious but old. But the other problems highlighted are correct:
1)Parking is a big mess-one parking even if you are living in a 3 BR. No parking for visitors, i am loosing all my friends now as they cannot come and park their cars.
2)Dogs are pooping everywhere, no cleaning at all.
3)Trash is a big mess, i don't know why they have this stone age way of dealing with trash. It's always full and i believe they want to make extra money as penalty if people are not finding way to put their trash into the right place. It's far away and then i don't want to keep in my car, drive till trash compactor and then struggle to reach the door and dump it.
4)Horrible office staff. The office manager is too greedy and just behind your money-she has made all the rules to take money out of your pocket. Can u believe that you need to pay 4 months of rent at the time of leaving.You need to give 60 days of notice and then also pay 60 days worth of rent at the time of leaving. And there is no subleasing possible. Previously they had $250 as subleasing fees and now they ask for one month's of rent. It's nowhere written and the office manager wants to mend the rules as per her wishes. Read the lease terms and conditions before signing it. One need to pay all the utilities-water, sewer, trash and electricity till the time you are on the lease. Other office staff is also rude, lousy and un-cooperative. Worst among them ---------------------. Never ever deal with them. I will suggest-deal with only one ----- office staff member-rest are all useless.
5)Much better properties are available near by -try copper mills. They offer some sign on bonus also.
