I wanted to apply here and was very worried I wasn't going to get in because they do credit checks on all applicants moving in which makes no sense.. But after reading the reviews I am going to run not walk..

Yes it was so nice and pretty outside and the office staff was very nice and almost had me.. The Rent is Very Very high too Someone needs to look into that 1,000.00 to live under or over someone and share and hallway with...

I looked across the street and that was a little better in price...

Someone really needs to check into this maybe 12 on your side.

Good step. I want to stop all the nice and innocent people to be away from these crooks. They just want your money-one way to other.Don't ever fall into their trap. They will impose fine, late rent charges, etc...Beware of them. There are very good apartments nearby - go to them. Whatever these office staff members look like-they are not very good people. They are all working in shifts-so if somebody commit something to you-dont take it-get it in writing. Except Zeshan-nobody is nice and never ever trust Hennah and the manager-Keth. Only some ------- because they are all working in nearby client place-would like to live here and nobody else.

Good- no- GREAT choice!!!! Once these slumlords have you nailed into a lease-- you're pretty much stuck unless you hand them over a few thousand bucks(I'm not kidding!). Before we moved in, right after I signed my lease, I saw this web site and thought -Geez! Grow up! It can't be that bad there!----I WAS WRONG!!!!!! It is! We have been blatantly lied to several times by the staff. Suck it up and pay a little extra for another complex with parking, a swimmable pool, clean grounds and playgrounds, a cooperative staff, insulation between apartments so you and your neighbors don't have to hear every detail of each others lives, etc........

Ok sweetie credit on the PERSON paying rent not the occupants THANKS WE GOT IT.. And I spoke to a lawyer and the said it's NOT common practice to do a credit check one EVERYONE over 18. DUH if you have a high school student 18 with no job and no credit history they cannot base it on that. SO make sure when you respond you know what you are talking about thanks

Hey Apartment Manager get a life why would you even respond to the other persons comment. You are just as angry and immature as the 1st person. You didn't give a grammar lesson you should how ignorant you are. Sorry for your residents who have to deal with you...
