How somebody can reach the compactor and put the trash bags now. This condition persists for days and then these garbage bags are just left out simply letting others to follow

Pray if you live here that your smoke detectors work. Ask management why only one out of 8 apartments worked on September 4th. Ask how many fires they've had in the complex. See if they try to push the blame off on anyone else instead of taking responsibilty for poor maintenance, ignoring building codes, no concern for human life...etc... Ask management why when confronted about the malfunction of the alarms, she simply said-"prove it..."
