Very Greedy office manager and apartment full of problems

I stayed in this apartment from Nov 2007 to June 2008 and then moved out due to relocation in my existing job. I stayed in apartment 2 at Pennsbury PL. When i was signing the lease-i was told that i can sublease by paying $250. As my job is transferable-i was interested in subleasing if the situation occurs. The apartment where i was living is full of problems-the restroom flush used to choke a lot and i need to call maintenance every 2nd day. Later they hand over me a tool to take care of it. Apartments are quite noisy, if any of your neighbors are partying, u cannot sleep. You can clearly listen somebody walking on top floor. I have seen some photographs of the garbage chute/compactor-they are real. You cannot throw the trash bags into it by any way. In spite of that they keep on charging fines-i was fined $25 once. Parking is a big problem-you cannot be social to live here. Nobody else can park their vehicles-no guests or friends can come here. Only one parking space per apartment(irrespective of the size of apartment).The office manager is the most greedy person(---- ------) i have ever met. When i approached her for subleasing-she immediately changed the terms and said-that we need to pay one of rent to sublease the apartment. Later the person whom i want to sublease also ran away after listening to this and reading all the reviews about this apartment. Finally i have to vacate it and pay hefty penalties. I had to literally pay four months of rent for this. I have to give two months of rent(or two months of notice) plus 2 months of rent as lease breakage fees. Moreover i have to pay electricity and utilities(sewer, water) for 2 months. On top of it-i need to give a 30 days notice to vacate the storage also. Maintenance staff is good and punctual but office people are bad except -------. After so much of follow-ups i got back my deposit and that too less. They still owe me some more money. It took some 3 months to call them up, send emails and also proof of rent and others....horrible experience-who would like to stay at this place...too many pets and they keep on pooping everywhere. All those good looking staff members who speak so softly when you are a new comer turn into beasts once you start living there. It's not a good place to live with this kind of staff and manager especially paying such a high rent. Stay away from it. They are very greedy and just after your money. I have escalated their deeds to udr also but no positive results.If somebody wants to check the facts-do get in touch with me.
