We moved here almost a year ago and now they send us a notice that if we stay longer and sign another 13 month lease they are raising our rent another $100 a month no matter what!! If we go month to month they are raising our rent almost 300 a month. Paying $1100 a month then if it's raised 300 a month plus $150 for electric and another $35 for water and sewer is RIDICULOUS!! This all in only a 2 bedroom, almost $1500 what a RIP OFF. We may as well rent a huge house here where we can actually have more than one parking spot and a garage!! They are renting our size apartments for new tenants for $850 a month to $950 yet won't give great renters who pay on time every month that rate. Especially when we signed the lease last year we were told the rent does not go up significantly, what Liars!!! The apartments are poorly constructed and walls very thin, we can hear our neighbors in the bathroom. We got some new scary neighbors and having kids this is makes me very scared to live in my own home. Parking is horrible and only have 1 parking spot, I am pregnant, have a son and often times I have to park halfway down the complex to unload,this makes me furious!! I get so exhausted trying to get the groceries in the apartment. Garbage is horrible and you have to launch your gross garbage is the huge high dumpster and many people I know here hate that. If the garbage is overflowing and you have nowhere to put the garbage and you put in on the side they will fine you $50. Very mean if they are doing to do that they should provide another dumpster! Swimming pool is fine sometimes, but often very dirty and gross. What do they think clean is' I am going to get out of here ASAP and already have applied to other places which are cheaper and have more room and you get more parking spots. I hope this helps, i know I would want to know these things before moving somewhere.
