Some of you might find this funny or offensive, but I have to tell the truth. The walls & floors are so paper thin, that I can't have "GREAT" sex with my partner anymore. I feel like I'm at my parents trying to have sex in the room next door because I have to be quiet as to protect my privacy and hold the headboard to keep it from hitting the wall as to be respectful. What a bummer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol, the only reason it smells so bad in the hallway is because the place is crawling with foreigners! Their food doesn't always smell so good.

I totally agree!!! The halls always stink so bad and when pregnant, BEWARE, makes you want to throw up!! THe parking is so ridiculous and if we pay a ton for rent for a 3 bedroom we should have at least 2 parking spots assigned. Iif you get home later than 6 at night you don't have to park a 1/2 mile away from your apartment. This place is horrible, renters beware. We are getting out of here ASAP!

I totally agree too!... I just moved in and I'm in the process of saving to brake my lease.. its is amazing how they are so nice to you when you first come and apply and after you have moved in they are NASTY, specially the manager!... My hallway stinks so bad, I am also embarrased to invite guest to my apartment too.. THE PARKING IS REDICULOUS!.. I agree with all this comments!.. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. AND THE APARTMENTS ARE WAY OVER PRICED!.. I HAVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF BUGS IN MY APARTMENT, WHERE DO THEY COME FROM???

My boyfriend was staying over one night, and he brought his PS3 so we could play video games because we are both big kids (smile). Anyway, we were playing a boxing game "Fight Night" and since we are both really competitive, we were yelling at each other during the game saying things like, "Get off of me"..."I'm about to knock your a** out"..."Back up"...etc. All of a sudden there was a knock at the door. I went to open it, and to my surprise "IT WAS THE DAMN POLICE". One of the neighbors called and said we were arguing & fighting in here. They also called the rent office & told them, so the rent office contacted me for a meeting. They said the person told them they were afraid for "my" safety. I was ultimately embarrassed. But I don't blame the neighbors, I blame it on the poor construction of the apartments because there is no way that I should not be able to have a good time & talk as loud as I want to, (as long as I'm not screaming), in the place I pay rent & bills to live in. We never played the game again....at my dumb anyway.
