OK when you first come by and are greeted by a very happy staff they take you to a wonderful model apartment. This is great. I want to move in here, the parking is great says the agent.

You move in there are holes in the walls that have been covered with puddy and a crappy paint job has been done. I had a 3 bedroom apartment with one reserved spot not even close to the building. I get off work at 730 and have to walk very far from the club house or i have to drive around for 10 minutes tring to find one of the "many availible vistors spots" The trash situation is terrible theres always a mountain of trash and get this during christmas i recieved a $75 fine for not putting trash in the compactor, how could you with thousands of bags coming down the sidewalk.

Stay away please stay away its just not a good place to be. The leasing staff are mostly rude(Zeeshan was great but doesnt work there anymore)and when you try and leave you are meet with reasons why you should stay then eye rolling from the leasing staff. Yeah i saw you do it!!

This review is spot on 100% ... this is the worse reviewed apartment complex on the west end of Richmond for a reason .... don't say we did not warn you! I just moved out and love my new place!!! I can park in front of my apartment! Something I could NEVER do at Legacy

I agree as well....The property manager seems like a pretty cool chick but you soon get to know the real person she is a few months after moving! It's like the staff has there own personally saved by the bell scene going on EVERYDAY...they have there personal issues at work more than they have work issues, you walk in and hear them talking about so and so, and there were even rumors going around that she put her foot way to far into one of her co-workers personal life....and caused alot of drama. I guess thats what happens when you stick all females together! Zeeshan was cool, he left and now everything is really down hill. Thank God someone was smart enough to leave "legacy" at mayland...this place is a joke, wouldnt be so bad if you could actually live your life without the "staff" stepping in yours! Keep your nose where it belongs, stop the rolling of the eyes because your really NOONE, and do your job for once!

This is such a shame. My little one actually loved the complex. The model is beautiful. The scenery is great. I can not believe this. I will continue my apartment search. For the amount of rent that is being charged, I would think that they would do a much better job. Also, I did notice the large pile of trash over the weekend. Very interesting.

I regret moving in to this piece of s*&% apartments.. I can't wait until my lease expires.. and worst thing about it is that I read this comments before I moved in but I just didn't wanted to listen... I WILL REGRET IT UNTIL MY LEASE EXPIRES IN ABOUT 9 MONTHS.
