negative experience

I've had a very negative experience renting an apartment at the Lofts at Canal Walk. There have been construction issues, noises issues, and I've had difficulty dealing with management. For $1,100/month, I could live in something larger than a closet, with more professional and attentive management. I love Shockoe Bottom and I want to see it thrive, but I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I would urge any prospective tenants to speak with current or former tenants about their experiences before signing a lease!
