I rented one of the apartments in their new phase a little over a year ago. It had not been finished being constructed when I signed the lease. However, I was told upon completion the loft would have a closet with doors and a balcony big enough to set a chair on. When I finally moved in the closet did not have doors and was merely a rack hanging on the wall. The balcony was another letdown, not only was it not large enough for a chair, it was not large enough for a single person to stand on. After filing a complaint with Main Street Realty I was promised a gift certificate to a nice area restraunt that was supposed to be mailed. Of course, I never received it. The management company that runs the building absolutely does not care about their tenants!
