Lofts at Canal Walk

2 years ago was great, now'''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I've lived @ lofts @ canal walk for 2 years in the past year there hasn't been the same person working in the leasing office for 3 consecutive weeks, so when I have a maintenance issue I tell 1 person and the next week there gone. They say local phone service is included in phase one and heated pool, no HEATED pool and they shut the phones off with out warning. This place will probably go under within the next year I personally will not be renewing my lease. The outside of the windows are impossible to clean from the inside and they refuse to wash them and I'm paying $1500.00 a month for a dirty city view. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Main Street reality that's the leasing and management company, check out Fountainhead Development that's who I'm currently dealing with for my new apartment/loft in The Bottom area.
