I've never had anytrhing but good experiences at the lofts. The apartments are nice and the staff is great. I f you are living in the middle of downtown, you should expect some noise; if that is unacceptable, MOVE to the west end. And my apartment was spotless when I moved in...I wish the people living here cared as much the staff. They love to leave any area thrashable, thrashed. And then the staff has to pick it up. Bye the way, the free coffee every morning is a life saver. Thanks Lofts!
