This apartment complex is in serious decline. I'm not sure why they are building additional apartments because they can't maintain their current units. The building management and office staff are unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive to any requests. The only thing they worry about is getting people to sign leases. But once you sign and they get your money, you are ignored. The hired contractors to "fix" the numerous electrical and HVAC problems don't have the expertise, so they just ignore your complaints until you give up. It's also very unsafe here. People have gotten mugged and beat up in the parking lot and outside the complex. Cars have been stolen or vandalized in the lot. These apartments are NOT luxury at all. Corners were cut when they were built, with cheap fixtures and faulty electrical systems. Fortunately, with new properties in Church Hill and Tobacco Row, people who want to live downtown have other alternatives that are actually worth the rent they pay. My lease is finally up next month, and I can't wait to move out of this hole. I also can't wait until this place goes under because it has cost me so much money with nothing but aggravation. Main Street Management is a bunch of slumlords!
