I'm another who is in awe of the bad reviews The Lofts have gotten. I've lived here since March 1st, and I love it. My apartment is gorgeous and perfect for me. All of the other residents are very friendly, which is a breath of fresh air compared to living at St. John's Wood in southside. The common areas are clean, smells great in the halls, and the free coffee is WONDERFUL. The one time I had a maintenance issue (hanging smoke detector), it was fixed that same day, before I returned home. Parking is never a problem considering the location. The office staff is always friendly to me--love them. This is the best place by far that I have lived in Richmond!
