Lofts at Canal Walk

WARNING: FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS BEING POSTED BY NEW MANAGEMENT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I am one who hates my living conditions at lofts of canal walk as well. I just don't hate it enough to take the time to write a review and register at a website to confirm posting. I overheard rumors of fake posts rearding new management and got on to check it out. That is when I realized that dates of posts regarding "wonderful" new management did not line up with dates management took over, and later found that the same kind of posts were on a ton of different websites on the same dates. I don't think anyone who just got here would take the time to register at so many website and write about how friendly management is and that the "property managers office is located on site". Even though that's true I have never been up there when it was unlocked or someone who could help me was available. I could write you lists of the million things that have gone wrong while I have been here but that isn't the reason for my post. Management has been too busy to work with current tenants lately, or not start contruction at 7:00 am on a work morning because they are fighting and struggling to get new tenants. They take advantage of the fact that tenants don't know their rights and then they go online and spend time writing new reviews instead of fixing maitenance problems and attending to their tenants. I have so many throw pillows and flowers being moved and arranged into the pool area, so why can't they take care of our bug problems, broken washing machines, two months of a broken dryer in the common area everyone uses (because the ones in our apartments take 3 hours to wash and dry ONE LOAD. So I write not to those interested in this apartment, they can find out on their own, but i write to the new "amazing" management. PLEASE, GET OFFLINE AND RESPECT YOUR CURRENT TENANTS ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF OUR REQUESTS. I don't want to cause you problems, but I do want a working garbage disposal I reported almost three months ago. I want to get what I am paying for, nothing more.
