I lived in the lofts for a year and was going to renew my lease but.....I lost my job and now I have to move back to Chicago. So I went to the rental office to let the girls know that I won't be renewing and on my way out I heard a prospect asking one of the leasing consultants in the office to explain the bad comments they were getting on apartment ratings. I did not want to just stay in there and listen to the conversation so I went online and researched what people were saying about the lofts at canal walk. Waw, I couldn't believe it. I got so much personal attention from the office stuff and even though I needed maintenance to come to my apartment only couple times for the whole year, they were always on time and got things fixed. I liked the community, met a lot of people there and never had any problems with the girls at the office. There was always someone to answer the phone or call me back shortly after I have left a message. They knew me and lot of other residents by name. The girls at the office made me feel important and I have personally seen how they treat prospects and residents. Honestly I am spoiled and loved the personal attention I got there. I don't know what everybody s problem is and why they are putting all these nasty comments here. I guess the people who work at the lofts cannot make everybody happy but they definitely made me happy. And to all of you wasting time to write ugly comments I would say, get a life people!
