Do not live here unless you like mice, rude office staff, having your packages lost in the main office, having broken things in your unit that just don't get fixed, drunk residents roaming though the building and harassing you, and living next to a bunch of clubs that become dangerous on weekend nights!

i agree with the mice. i had a mice problem too which they "tried" to fix by giving me sticky traps. i woke up one morning to a large chunk of adhesive missing from one of the pads because the mice ripped itself out of the pad and onto another one. they also took all day to move it after my complaint that i'm scared it would rip it self off from the other pad also and run loose (plus i'm deathly afraid of rodents).. also beware of mold problems. personally i think they look for the easy way/ convenient way out of problems as opposed to what's right and healthy for the residents.
