I moved in here appx. six months ago, very excited about the included utilities and reasonable price. However, the maintenance does no meet standards! My air condition has not gotten the apartment below 85 degrees the entire summer, and London Towne maintenance insists there's nothing wrong with it. An outside contractor finally told them it was the duct work, and I was told that if I could move out for three months, they'd fix it! Of course, this was in September, when they knew the cold weather was coming and I wouldn't want to move out. They are unresponsive and unwilling to fix things without at least one reminder. The appliances are old and do not work properly. My front door knob fell off in my hand, and the property still contains lead paint. Renter beware!

I have no idea why you would be excited to move there in the 1st place. At least I moved there with extremely low expectations, however they managed not to come remotely close to meeting them. Check out my review - These people are scum!
