I was a resident with GSC (the management company) for years, and London Towne Apartment was my third apartment within the company.

The office staff, to put it nicely, sucks! After signing a lease and a day before I was to move-in, the leasing agent called and told me I couldn't. After much debate, I moved in and I am still mad at myself.

The office staff is very unfriendly and inconsiderate. There were toooo many roaches and rodents running around in the apartment, but there wasn't any help when I called maintenance.

My air-conditioning unit started leaking and eventually turned into a large "swamp" right in the middle of the hallway. (It stayed that way for months eventually causing MOLD problems). No one came out to help until a week before I moved out.

My car was broken into right outside of my door, and when I called the office to report what had happened, they dismissed it and wouldn't even let me transfer to another apartment complex for safety reasons. It is unfornate that HENRICO'S finest did nothing to help me either, they dismissed it as "young kids out causing trouble".

Since the leasing office wouldn't allow me to break my lease, I just left. Now I'm paying for it.

PLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEE if you love yourself, don't do it. The apartments are very spacious, but don't let that sell you. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

i am living in london towne and think i got your former apartment except that it has gotten worse. The a/c leaks in the hall way, and sewer backs up into the apartment too.
