Thank god for the 7 month lease I was offered when I moved in.If i would have known that I would be living with so many roaches I could have had them sign the lease also.I met my unwanted roommates 2 days after I moved in.I bought traps,bait,spray etc.Nothing really helped get rid them,so I allowed them to get rid of me.I expressed on a monthly basis the rodent issue,they came and spray once a month and on the same night they returned.I have two small children and I could no longer stand the fact that even though I'm a clean person,my neighbors werent and we all had to suffer.A month after I moved in,I happen to get on my floor and look under my kitchen sink...I found myself looking directly into my neighbors apartment.I put in a maintenance request one day and i always requested that they leave a note letting me know they entered the apartment.I came home one day and my door was unlock,I was holding my 1 month old son and I was completely startled when I saw 2 men in my ktchen.They were fixing my sink but didnt speak any english.I immediatly told them to leave.Besides the horrible living condition,the crime is crazy.I watched at least 10 teenagers beat up this one kid right out front of my apartment...I called the police but of course they werent much help.I can count 3 other times the police were in my neighborhood for similar situations.Mind you,this was on my street alone.My apartment accomdated my family just fine and I loved the closet space I had.But if i can occur all of these incidences within my short time there,imagine how many you could.For the rent they want,get a house and let the bugs have London Towne.
