i have been living here for only 6 months and i have had more than 3 leaks in my apartment. the worst thing is they dont even try to fix it, if you lucky someone will come after your 9th call,rip the place apart and leave your place in mess for 3 more weeks. they took out my sink because of a leak and have left it this way for 3 weeks. the apartments are old and has a problem with their sewer backup. you will have a sewer water backing up from como and bath tub like every week. stories about the roaches are true, they have a dumping area for old furniture, equip etc on the property which invites you no what...i regret ever ever ever living here.
