Been here since Jan 2009, Is our lease up yet' We were allowed to move in and then told we could not have parking stickers because our vehicles had not been registered in this state yet.( they were registered in another state) Our cars were towed on 4 different occasions. We paid over 600.00 dollars to the towing company. Our neighbors (all 15 of them living in a one bedroom) never get towed. And don't bother going to the rental office about anything. EVERYONE working their is extremely rude and they don't seem to care about getting anything done. Wish I could have that attitude when it comes to paying my overly priced rent. Also the maintenance is a joke. I called about a big leak in my shower, the guy was very rude but said he'd be there in 45 minutes. He never came. Days later they came in when we were not there and rigged it so it wouldn't leak as bad. They will tell you about the laundry facility's they have on site, I don't think they have been cleaned since the apartments have been here. The floors so dirty if I drop a sock I have to throw it away, people leave there laundry in the machines for hours, Excuse me some people living here have jobs and cant do laundry all day. Also someone stole my panties from the dryer once. The actual apartment is okay, I mean we are not picky and I can ignore bad neighbors, you can get those anywhere you live but if you want to feel like you are getting your moneys worth and you like receiving good customer service don't live here.
