My apartment was beautiful, but everytime you or your neighbor run any water the pipes start rattling in the walls. It is especially bad during the winter months when the water is cold. I had to sleep with the bathroom fan running all night so I didn't hear my neighbor flushing the toilet during the night or coming in at 11pm to take a shower. Then when I moved out the management tried to charge a $100 for having to remove some smell from my apartment''' I didn't have any pets, I didn't cook and I keep an extremely clean house. What's that all about. Overall, I was really glad to move.
