I have lived here since April 2003 and consistently had problems with service. The staff is friendly, but when you have to go back for the same things over and over, it gets frustrating. For a "Luxury Apartment", they do not come close to meeting my expectations. I have asked them to clean the common areas (stairwells and parking lots) at least a dozen times with no success. It was not until I provided the feedback to the corporate website that the srairweels were cleaned.
The hottub is out of order more often than not. The trash dumpster area is a mess, The gate has been broken and presents a safety hazard and the trash does not get cleaned up ofetn enough causing piles of garbage to build up around the dumpsters every weekend. And I do mean every weekend.
The complex has advertised security gates before I moved in and they are still not operational (plans for next month'''').
I chose this complex because it was advertised and presented as a luxury home. It was more expensive, but that was for the extra attention to detail and exceptional service I was promised. I have been very disappointed. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If it wasn't such a haale to move, I would not have renewed my lease this past year. I am already looking for a new place for when my lease comes due this next spring.
