Having lived here for 2 weeks I opted to state my opinion on the Madison at Spring Oak. Ok heres the deal:
They say that you get a microwave.... YOU DONT!! Dont buy into that because there full of BS on that matter. We went back and asked ..."hey wheres the microwave'" and they said that it was only meant to be in the show apartment.
There arnt that many bugs.... just centapeeds everywhere...its not all that bad. They come and spray your apartment every 3 months or so... but you should rely on yourself to get rid of these little critters.
of course its noisy...what apartment isnt' If you complain about it being noisy then you obviously have never lived in an apartment...it is something that you can deal with though.
Cops and Fire/EMS are everywhere! I feel completely safe!!! and Safety was the main problem that I was finding with looking at apartments.
Getting the maintnance guy to come was a bit of a problem. We called twice... and he never called back until i spotted him and said..."if you dont come this weekend then im hiring someone else!" That worked for me!
The only big fuss we have overall is the centapeeds. There just there... they dont really bother you that much. There just there. Thats the only big deal. Overall not bad!! Consider this a place to live. I know I like it!!
