I am extremely happy with my apartment and eveything that goes along with Madison. The apartments are new and clean. The pools and workout facility are perfect. The staff are great and set up fun activities to meet your neighbors.

All of the people complaining about the noise need to realize that when you live in an apartment there is a good chance there will be people living all around you and you will be able to hear them. I have had zero problems with noise.

There are alot of people making the comment of "for the price you pay..." and then following it up with a complaint. Well guess what Richmond is a fairly large city and these prices are in no way expensive compared to other large places; and I can't think of too many places that what ever you could possibly need is less than a mile away!

I have had zero problems with the staff. I had a leaking pipe under my sink that I told the leasing staff about on my way down to the gym and in an hour, when I returned to my apartment, it was already fixed.

I highly recommend Madison to anyone that is looking to live in the west end area. Please don't come to Madison if you want extreme silence...buy a house!
