Management is the most incompetent, dishonest, lazy, and rude you will likely encounter, even in a shoddy apartment complex at 1/2 the price. I believe that the maintenance budget must be limited because the place was 1/2 empty until the mall opened.

Overall this place is nice looking on the outside and rotten to the core on the inside.

During the summer of 2004 one pool had to be closed by the county because it was unsafe with mold growing on the sides. The lazy manager couldn't or wouldn't take care of it even though she was notified any number time before it had to be closed.

There is still hurricane Isabel damage in 7/2005 -- the hurricane was 9/2003!

The manager is one of the worst with the dog poop -- no wonder nothing is done. Worse, all the grass in the complex near the buildings is dead from massive amounts of dog urine. I wouldn't be surprised to find that there are actual serious health violations with the number of animals and lack of green space and courtesy of the residents.

Probably only good if you are 20 something and love to shop. Otherwise a nice looking dump.
