I had no problem with the office folks except that new thing they call a manager..I've called to talk to her no return calls except from the other people in the office. I remember the pool thing the maint guys told me it was the motor which was an issue from construction and until it came in they could not open the pool. It's just that thing they have running the show now thats why its crap. The old manager used to be very proactive with anything we needed...now it's like a prayer, you hope for the best.
