I find it fascinating that every positive review of the complex begins "Great management...". All the bad reviews mention the poor management and lack of maintenance. We've been here for nearly 2 years and the current managment and maintenance are both pathetic. My guess is the manager comes onto this site to give herself good reviews because I doubt any of the residents would. Notice that none of these reviews ever tell you anything about the actual apartments.

The buildings are only 4 years old and plaster is falling down and the paint is peeling. What landscaping there is has been dying since the place opened. Don't get me started on the "security" gates we were promised when we moved in -- they have been installed for a year and haven't worked yet. The promised car wash has never appeared either -- how hard is it to install a faucet near unused parking'

They call these "luxury" apartments but G.E. doesn't make any cheaper appliances and all other materials are bottom of the line. Formica countertops, Linoleum floors, builder grade carpets, generic eggshell paint.

Why are we still here' Location. That's it. The price is high and the maintenance is low. These are not luxury apartments at all.
