My wife and I just moved out of Madison at Spring Oaks and we would not recommend it. The walls are paper thin! Upstairs neighbor showers or flushes the toilet you'll enjoy the sounds of rushing water flowing down the pipes. Enjoy late night sounds from the neighbors kids jumping up and down on their beds (we hope/imagined that's what all that thumping was) You also hear them walking esp. in the kitchen area. Maintenance is poorly managed and supervised. Look close and ask to see a unit other than the model. The office manager is never available and the office staff is always changing' The gates never work either! We are originally from NYC and know all about apartment living so take our advice... DONT MOVE INTO MADISON AT SPRING OAK! Please take a close look when you view, inquire about the staff and turnover, look at the other communities as there are at least 4 within 5 miles, judge for yourself & be glad you did your own homework.
