the worst aprtment complex ever!!

I was given a tour of the apartment. The leasing agent told me what I woud be responsible for lights and water only. After veiwing the apartment I paid an app & resv fee and submitted an application. I had to call a week later to find out that the app was approved and then I was told I would be responsible for Gas(never before was that mentioned). I asked the manager for a refund of the reservation fee due to the apartment being misrepresented. She refused claiming it was my fault. My advise never rent an apartment from these people they will tell you one thing and do the opposite and when you complain about it they will act like it's your fault.
