Be very careful of the leasing office in coming out with hidden charges at the end of the lease period. Sometimes they will come out with charges which you would have never imagined in life. Be very very careful of these. also, they send you malicious bills...any foreigners, do not even think of staying at this place. These are completely malicious people and this has not only happened with me but with also a other known acquiantes of ours.
