I must say that the staff has been nothing but friendly, they just don't always get things accomplished. Sometimes it takes asking more than once...annoying. I would describe living here more like living in a college dorm. The noise is outrageous because of cheap construction! I hear an abundance of things from inside my apartment, just to mention a few; dogs barking, cars driving by, voices, people walking above me, doors closing and worst of all I hear each time my neighbors shower. The problem I find with this complex is that construction costs were kept to a minimum while rent costs continue to sky rocket. Over the last year, my rent has increased over $200/month. In addition, I would appreciate if Madison would get the "security gates" FIXED! These "security gates" were installed and then tenants were asked to pay more because of them. Question...Why then have I not gotten a refund because the gates haven't worked in well over a year' THIS IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY and it should be because of the heavy crime. My lease is up in August and I will be too, UP AND GONE!
