I have lived here for over a year now and I have enjoyed my time here. The rent is a little higher here than elsewhere but you get what you pay for. The local tenants are a mixed bag but for the most part they are friendly and respectful during quiet times. Parking is very ample, even when everyone is already home. The apartments I have stayed in were clean and well-maintained with the exception of the carpet. Both times the carpet looked like it had been quickly steam-cleaned. There were still some minor spots here and there. Other than that, everything else has been very pleasant. The location is perhaps the biggest perk, being surrounded by commercial spaces that range from the mall to a Ukrops and an ABC store within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone that prefers upscale living without the heavy price tag. Its not as nice as some of the local A properties but it is also not nearly as expensive.
