I've been here for nearly four years. I'm very pleased with the apartment itself, the complex, the management, my neighbors, and the location. Just about the only downside that I can think of is that since it's an older complex, there aren't some of the amenities that newer complexes have (clubhouse, pool, play area, fitness room), but luckily none of those things are issues for me.
