The apartments have nice hardwood floors and they??re located in a nice area, but that's the only good thing about them. I doubt there's any insulation between apartments, because I can hear my neighbors' ceiling fan, their conversations, and their alarm clock going off at 5:00 am. When my neighbors smoked, the smoke came into my apartment threw the vents.

The stairway is dirty ?? so get used to seeing dead bugs lying around. I had problems with the water pressure in the bathroom (which the management did not fix), and had to spend 15 minutes rinsing the shampoo out of my hair when I washed it in the shower.

The management is rude. I??ve had too many headaches dealing with them. They have not fixed half of the things that I have reported. After submitting the same request for service three times over two months, I had to go to the Home Depot and purchase and fix the repairs myself.

No place is perfect, but Malvern has too many problems. I've stayed here because it is down the street from my work and I hate moving, but I'm so fed up that I'm leaving once my lease ends. I think the property managers are the only people who would write a positive recommendation for this place.
