Good location does not make up for the really poor management. The lease terms are not flexible. They will not help you find a prospective tenant if you need to leave before lease is up. New construction resulted in damage to our personal property and they gave us the run around for 4 months. We will likely have to pay for repairs. If it is their problem, they will run from it and you are on your own!

You can definitely hear everything if you have a neighbor upstairs.
