This place looks all nice and scenic with a little lake and you think you're getting a great deal cause its a nice sized townhome. I came from California and was in shock. I had drug deals going down constantly in front of my house. I saw a guy get shot in front of my walkway and a tweeker neighbor next door with cockroaches. I had my brand new comforter and some clothes stolen from the laundry room.

Even worse then that the management was horrible. The manager was a ----- with a mullet that did nothing but file her nails and tell you any problems with the unit were your fault and your responsibility. I had a 2 foot by 3 foot piece of ceiling fall down just feet from where my newborn son was sleeping! Management patched it with a thin coat of plaster and paint and then told me it was my fault because there was water on the bathroom floor. Are you kidding me'

Do I recommend this place' HELL NO! DO NOT RENT THERE!
