When I moved here it started off rocky because the office manager is a very stereo typical lady who does not have one ounce of customer service know how. She is not approachable what so ever and I have gone above her head to speak to her boss on certain issues that she should feel obligated to handle immediately. Since I have been here there has been shooting, drug deals, thefts, bats, ceilings flooding, squirrels, poor plumbing, and has a constant leaky faucet. I have never and I mean never been able to use my dish washer. The windows are old and leaks air, vents don t work, and most apartments after you have lived there 2 years you get a free carpet cleaning and new paint. Not here. Overall I rate this place on scale of 1 - 10 at 4. The only thing that is attractive is the cheap rent but it has gone up $100 in the past 3 years. There are only two maintenance men who are very nice but just have time to put band aids over a gun shot. This place needs renovation of the property and management.
