SMALL,POOR VALUE,GREAT MANAGEMENT RESPONSE,AMPLE PARKING,BUILT POORLY CAN HEAR EVERY PIN DROP

IT WAS AVALON WOODS THEN.GREAT MAINT. RESPONSE,USUALLY SAME DAY.TOWARDS THE END OF LEASE,I HAD TERMITES AND THEY TOOK 10 DAYS TO GET THERE AND I HAD TO THREATEN TO MOVE AS THEY WERE CRAWLING UP MY WALLS.THEY SAID IT WAS JUST ME AND ONE OTHER VACANT APARTMENT SO THEY DIDNT SEEM TO CARE.BEGINNING WAS MUCH BETTER AND WHEN ONE OF THE MANAGERS (MALE) LEFT,THINGS WENT TO THE BIRDS AND THIS LISA WOMAN TOOK OVER,WHO WAS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND YOU COULD TAKE ONE LOOK AT HER AND SEE SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE.THAT CHANGED THINGS.THE BEST THING WAS QUIET,FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS,BUT SMALL STRANGE FLOOR PLAN AND VERY EXPENSIVE RENT FOR WHAT YOU GET.PARKING WAS GREAT AND PLENTIFUL.THEY STARTED CHARGING FOR WATER AND COULD NOT TELL YOU WHAT YOUR METER READING WAS SO i COULD CHECK IT AND THAT IS WHEN i SAID FORGET IT,I AM MOVING.THEY KEPT SAYING TRUST US THE WATER BILL IS RIGHT!!.
