Still by far the best complex in the Parham-Broad St. area

Decent place, suspect location...
I lived here for over 6 years... if you don't mind smaller apartments, there wasn't a whole lot to complain about the complex itself. Great maintenance and they cleaned the snow well before some of the main roads were cleared. Great staff too.
However, I've seen the general area (and as a result, the quality of the residents) go downhill steadily; esp. in the last two years. I had not seen a police car respond to an issue in the first three years I lived there; last year, it was a monthly occurrence.
