My roommate and I moved into Maple Springs (formerly The Mark at Maple Run) in 2005 and moved out in 2007. During our two years there we never had a rent increase until new managment took over, even then it was only going up $25. We had to call maintenance a few times and they were very fast in fixing the problems. Towards the end of our second year there was increasing difficulty in finding parking in front of our building and when the new managment company took over twice our rent checks had been misplaced. The apartments are spacious with huge closets and landscaping in nice. We did have a tiny problem with insects particulary ants and someother bug with mutiple legs but it was few and far between and didn't last long. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would defintely recommend living here to anyone.
