I have lived here for a couple of years, and I liked this place in the beginning. After some time, more people of a certain group started to move in. They are disrespectful of others in that they have more people than the lease should allow living in the apartment. So, these others hang out outside of the apartment. I have come home from work later in the evenings to find whole groups of people hanging out in the parking lot. It makes me very uneasy to not be able to walk from my car to my apt. quietly.
These people stare incestantly, they are drunk ( I have seen the beer in their hands), they whistle at me, and have said very rude, distasteful things. I asked the guys to stop, and the next time this happened and times after that, the guys called me names as I was getting out of my car. I have been so nervous to get out of my car, and I have dropped bags I was carrying a few times because I was so nervous. These guys laughed at me. It has been terrible.
It is too bad that this has been something the apt. has started to allow to happen. I liked the apartment other than and before this. In response to asking the complex to get involved, they said there wasn't anything they could do. Without witnessing it, and at night, they wouldn't, they couldn't do much at all. The police couldn't do anything. And, people do not get evicted over this, especially if they don't technically live there.
I regret moving here, and the sad thing is that I thought in the beginning it was nice. There wasn't a way for me to tell that this would happen. I would not recommend having to deal with this problem regardless of the price. This kind of disregard for good tenants should not be acceptable. People that are trying to study or do work at home quietly should not have to deal with this.
Neighbors had children playing outside at night like 11 or 12. Crazy!, or playing music in the parking lot very loud at night. I wanted to like this place. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

That's really strange. I have lived here for years and I have never had or witnessed any such issue. I usually walk my dog late in the evening and I've never seen a bunch of people hanging around and I've never felt like I wasn't safe. I'm also very surprised that if you reported it to the office they would not help. I have always found everyone in the office to be very nice and always helpful.
