DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This place was great when we first moved here(2 years ago!), but it's been going downhill within the past few months. It used to be well respected mature people with class, but now we have sketchy characters moving in who don't care about other people. We have theives, convicted felons, and immature people living here. It's uncomfortable to walk outstide. The noise level of car stereo bass is rediculous (you're not cool!). There is no respect for your neighbors when you do that, but mangagement does nothing with that.

Management has seriously slacked off in renting apartments. It seems like they aren't looking out for their tenants and just renting for the purpose of money. They aren't doing the proper credit checks and just letting anybody in(obviously if we have neighbors who steal for a living). It makes me worried about having my car and even my grill outside.

Placement of people into buildings is poor as well. They have a bigger number of people move upstairs which creates noise problems for tenents below. The walls are thin and you constantly hear heavy heels (more like stomping).

Basically, I don't recommend anybody to move here. Within a year, this place will be GHETTO! It's supposed to be the west end!

Two things - 1) the "prestigious" West End does not always mean the good life and the best that their is and 2) convicted felons? That is hillarious! I lived here about a year ago and had my bike stolen, but that was about it. Except for how incredibly small and claustrophobic the bedrooms are, it was a nice 'little apartment'. I like not having anyone behind me, and I saved in the summer by opening the front and back windows. I understand about the kids walking through, but I never had to 'pop' anyone. I lived on the side where the hospital was, and like the openess of the area. The pool is one of the nicest I have ever seen and the staff was pretty cool.
