Pretty good value, for a suburbaplex. From: simpso81@msu.edu Date posted: 8/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I got in on a special: 1BR normally 610 discounted to 535. That deal was not extended, plus I wanted to move to the Fan, where all the cool people in Richmond live. ;-) But if you want the secure "package deal" of a suburbaplex, these are pretty good deals, especially if you get a discount deal! Awesome kitchen bench space! Overall, a pretty good value. Note: I payed up to $135 in electric heating costs in the winter (as low as $30 in the summer) for a ground-floor unit.
