Inexpensive, Clean, and Safe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The Mark is not a luxury complex, but it provides exactly what most people need in an apartment home. Prices are excellent, the staff is friendly and responsive, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the apartments are small but clean. I've had a few maintenance concerns since I moved in, but the staff responded quickly each time and resolved the issue without any hassle. I've decided to renew my lease and stay for another year.
