Mark at Maple Run

Ok, considering what is nearby. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   The good: usually clean, creative pool design, washer and dryer in the unit, good parking, close to my job, and modern looking. The bad: very expensive ($1.26/sq ft.), ceilings thin (sounded like elephants living above me), wierd design, surrounded by ghettoish apartments, not the smartest or friendlist staff, over the three years (2001-2004) of living there the quality of residents went down (noisy, rude, dirty). Very hard to get back full deposit. Water meters didn't work for 2 years. Had to pay for clubhouse, when I never wanted to use it.
