I've lived all over Richmond for 10 years and FINALLY found a place perfect for me. I can walk wherever I need to go. The building has controlled access, parking, laundry. The maintenance actually comes by to do PREVENTATIVE maintenance instead of waiting for you to sue. I don't know who posted about mice but I haven't seen any. Maybe you need to do a little cleaning.
