There is a HUGE bed bug problem in this building. Haven't seen pest control for months. Property manager doesn't return phone calls, so maintenance is always an issue. Parking is a nightmare. They charge $ for parking, and the space I rent is rarely available. Noise is a huge problem between the adjacent apartments and nightclub(s). I'm not renewing my lease, and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from this company.
